Finally, i booted out the laptop in exchange for a self-built, solidly performing workstation/game-rig. No it won't make me a better artist, but I definitely will enjoy creating digital art a lot on a machine this smooth. It took a little bit to get up to speed with the current generation desktop tech, since I have done everything on a laptop for the past 5 years. After 5 years of trusty service, the pen of my graphire4 tablet fell apart from between my fingers (R.I.P, my friend). So i'v ordered a new tablet altogether, a medium size intuos4. Looking forward to run this new baby through its paces (and to recover made expenses ;)), i'll be taking on character COMMISSIONS starting NOW :D Hit me up with a note if you'd like something done!
